Dr. Patel has completed a residency in Neurology and a 2-year fellowship in research and treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at Stony Brook University Medical Center in New York. Her practice has focused on MS patients since 2007. She is passionate about helping people dealing with MS and improving their quality of life through a vast knowledge of the treatments available along with lifestyle modifications. She believes that with early diagnosis and the right treatment strategies which can include medications to slow down disease progression and manage daily symptoms, people living with MS will be able to live the life they wanted.
