CTNC’s office runs like clockwork! The front desk team (shoutout to Maria and James) is so welcoming. I’ve never felt rushed, and the check-in tablets make paperwork a breeze. 10/10 for organization!
The MA (I think her name was Emily?) noticed I was anxious and brought me tea. Small gestures like that show how much the staff cares. This team operates like family!

After bad experiences elsewhere, CTNC was a relief. Carlos in billing explained everything clearly, and the online portal actually works! Refreshing to see a practice that respects patients’ time.
I came from another neurology clinic 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. The nursing and clerical teams are professional and kind.
I have been a Multiple Sclerosis patient here for a little over a decade, and they have always taken care of me! Everyone is always so friendly. Whenever I need information about my treatments or care, my calls are always returned promptly. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone has always been helpful in the office with medical forms or questions. I live one town over, but I’m happy to drive here.
The nurses are amazing!! Been coming here for years and they have always treated me extremely professionally and with care. Love all of them!!!!
The infusion team is also terrific if you have treatments with them. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. The team there is professional and highly trained!

Immaculate floors, sanitized pens, and private check-in booths—CTNC takes hygiene seriously. Felt safer here than at my local grocery store!
The clinic feels more like a spa than a doctor’s office—soft lighting, quiet music, and comfy chairs. Even the neuro exam rooms have calming artwork. Kudos to whoever designed this space!
The clinic's layout is genius—separate 'well' and 'sick' waiting areas to reduce contagion risks. Loved the charging stations at every seat and free premium coffee. Small touch, but the EEG lab has heated gel warmers so you don’t get that cold shock. Only suggestion: add more bike racks for cyclists!
The CTNC clinic feels more like a modern spa than a medical office! Soothing earth tones, a water feature in the waiting area, and private exam rooms with nature artwork. The check-in kiosks saved me 10+ minutes compared to my last neurologist. Most impressive: they have a dedicated quiet room for migraine patients with adjustable lighting.
