As part of our commitment to excellence in quality and excellence in care we aim to make your experience at CTNC as positive as possible — from helping you to make your first appointment to scheduling a procedure when you need one.

Scheduling Appointments
CTNC is accepting new patients, 18 years of age and older, with or without a referral. To schedule an appointment, please call (512)218-1222 or submit your request on line.

Your copayment or coinsurance, in accordance with your health insurance plan, will be due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, personal checks with proper identification, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at (512) 218-1222 no less than twenty-four (24) in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice or failing to show for your appointment represents a delay in seeing another patient in that slot and places a financial burden on CTNC. As a result, a $25 charge will be assessed. This charge is not billable to your insurance company and is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. 


Prescription Policy
In order to better serve you, minimize waiting time, and be as efficient as possible with prescription refills, our office has adopted the following policies:

  • Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills.
  • Prescription refills requested after 4:00 p.m. may not be seen until the next working day.
  • A follow-up visit may be required from your physician in order to obtain a refill.
  • Agree to take all medication exactly as instructed and should not change the dosage amounts or scheduled time to take the medication without first speaking to your physician.
  • Pain medications and/or controlled substances will not be refilled after-hours or on weekends.
  • CTNC may not refill prescriptions that have been lost, stolen or otherwise misplaced. Stolen prescriptions/medications should be promptly reported to the police.

If you require a refill for your prescription before your next scheduled appointment, please call your pharmacy and they will send a refill request directly to us. Our fax number is 512-218-1393.


Patient Forms
As a new patient at CTNC you will be required to complete several forms. You have the option of receiving these forms by mail in your new patient welcome packet or you may download them here.

These forms will expedite the process at your initial visit. Please do not forget to bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.

Additional items to bring to your appointment:
  • Photo ID
  • Your current insurance card
  • Any test results, x-rays, MRIs or other radiographic studies that have been performed
  • Your copayment or coinsurance
