As part of our commitment to excellence in quality and excellence in care we aim to make your experience at CTNC as positive as possible — from helping you to make your first appointment to scheduling a procedure when you need one.
CTNC is accepting new patients, 18 years of age and older, with or without a referral. To schedule an appointment, please call (512)218-1222 or submit your request on line.
Your copayment or coinsurance, in accordance with your health insurance plan, will be due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, personal checks with proper identification, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at (512) 218-1222 no less than twenty-four (24) in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to give 24 hours notice or failing to show for your appointment represents a delay in seeing another patient in that slot and places a financial burden on CTNC. As a result, a $25 charge will be assessed. This charge is not billable to your insurance company and is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
In order to better serve you, minimize waiting time, and be as efficient as possible with prescription refills, our office has adopted the following policies:
If you require a refill for your prescription before your next scheduled appointment, please call your pharmacy and they will send a refill request directly to us. Our fax number is 512-218-1393.
As a new patient at CTNC you will be required to complete several forms. You have the option of receiving these forms by mail in your new patient welcome packet or you may download them here.
These forms will expedite the process at your initial visit. Please do not forget to bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.
