Ocrevus® (ocrelizumab) is a monoclonal antibody approved for the treatment of both relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS) and primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) in adults. As part of the anti-CD20 therapy class, Ocrevus is designed to selectively target and deplete B cells — immune cells that play a critical role in the nerve damage seen in MS. Ocrevus® offers a powerful treatment option for patients across a broad spectrum of MS, helping to slow disease progression and reduce relapses, with a well-established safety profile.
In multiple sclerosis (MS), the immune system mistakenly attacks the myelin sheath — the insulating layer around nerves in the brain and spinal cord that helps transmit signals efficiently. B cells, which carry a surface protein called CD20, contribute significantly to this autoimmune attack.
When the myelin sheath is damaged, communication between nerve cells breaks down, leading to symptoms like muscle weakness, coordination problems, vision disturbances, and cognitive issues.
Ocrevus® works by targeting the CD20 marker on B cells, helping to eliminate these cells before they can continue fueling inflammation and myelin damage. While Ocrevus is not a cure for MS, it helps to stabilize the immune system, slow disability progression, and reduce new disease activity.

Dr. Horvit was so nice and funny as well. Unfortunately, it is not often you go to a doctor’s office and receive this good of care, usually the staff is rude or indifferent. That is not at all the case here! I hope they keep up the great work!

Just had testing done for Carpal tunnel by Dr. Horvit. He was absolutely great! My aunt warned me that the test would be painful because of the needles but any pain I did feel was easily remedied by a most enjoyable visit with Dr. Horvit. Dr. Couch listened to all the things I’ve tried, and suggested something similar to what I tried before - explained why he was thinking of that fix. It worked! He’s very thorough., but he won’t hold your hand to get the information out of you... the infusion staff I have to say are some of my favorite med people...so ask you PCP for a referral...you’ll be glad you did...

I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Peery for almost 6 years now and I have never had one issue with him or the practice itself. The service I receive for my seizure disorder as well as migraines has been the best I have ever received...They have never been rude to myself or to my own family... They have helped me in so many ways I honestly cannot list them all. Dr. Peery was/is the only doctor who was ever been able to actually tell me what type of seizures I have, what the medicines are for them specifically and who has been able to help me out when my insurance has been a real pain in the butt... My suggestion... Give them a chance!
The clinic's layout is genius—separate 'well' and 'sick' waiting areas to reduce contagion risks. Loved the charging stations at every seat and free premium coffee. Small touch, but the EEG lab has heated gel warmers so you don’t get that cold shock. Only suggestion: add more bike racks for cyclists!

I was given a form from my job that had to be turned in by ‘end-of-business day tomorrow or you won’t have benefits.’ Dr. Peckham worked on this paper between seeing her patients, so I could have it turned on time. I’ve never seen or heard of a doctor who would go out of her way to make sure I didn’t lose my benefits... Since my incident, I’ve been angry ... Despite my irritability and anger, they have been gentle, understanding and kind. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!
The infusion team is also terrific if you have treatments with them. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. The team there is professional and highly trained!

The check-in kiosks saved me 10+ minutes compared to my last neurologist. Most impressive: they have a dedicated quiet room for migraine patients with adjustable lighting.

I saw Dr. Terry Perry for sleep apnea evaluation. During the initial appointment, Dr. Peery was extremely thorough in his review of my symptoms. He sent me to have a sleep study (which was a pleasant experience). In my post-sleep study follow-up, Dr. Peery explained I had very severe sleep apnea. He was thorough in his explanation and reviewed my study results in a way that was understandable. I got a CPAP machine - works great and I haven’t felt better in years! I found Dr. Peery compassionate, very thorough and very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Peery.

He also understood my hesitation to keep trying new medications after so many have let me down. He gently suggested my treatment a year ago and talked through my concerns until I felt confident. Doctor Couch is a wonderful doctor, great at really listening to your issues. I was suffering extreme tension headaches and he has and does amazing work to relieve my pain so that I don’t now have to rely on my medication, which in fact did not really help. Highly recommend Central Texas Neurology.
Dr. Peery goes above and beyond for his patients and gives you his full, undivided attention during your entire appointment. Marshall at the front desk is incredibly kind, patient and accommodating. Nicole is also super sweet and helpful. Very thankful a family friend referred me to Dr. Peery and CTNC. Have had a great experience with this practice thus far in my neurology journey.

She always listens to all my questions and answer them thoughtfully. Her assistants have always been helpful when I have called between appointments. I feel very confident in my husband’s care for his Parkinson’s disease and associated problems. The staff are about like any office. I’ve never have any problems. Wait time is usually not too long. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I was given a form from my job that had to be turned in by ‘end-of-business day tomorrow or you won’t have benefits.’ Dr. Peckham worked on this paper between seeing her patients, so I could have it turned on time. I’ve never seen or heard of a doctor who would go out of her way to make sure I didn’t lose my benefits... Since my incident, I’ve been angry ... Despite my irritability and anger, they have been gentle, understanding and kind. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Peckham and the doctors/facilities she has sent me to have found many answers/diagnoses to my painful and debilitating symptoms that are rapidly progressing. I don’t know how I would have made it through all that has happened to me without her.

Just had testing done for Carpal tunnel by Dr. Horvit. He was absolutely great! My aunt warned me that the test would be painful because of the needles but any pain I did feel was easily remedied by a most enjoyable visit with Dr. Horvit. I was talking to him while he did the test and he actually heard what I was saying because he listened and cared! He took interest in my and the test flew by... Thank you Dr. Horvit!

I have been a Multiple Sclerosis patient here for a little over a decade, and they have always taken care of me! Everyone is always so friendly. Whenever I need information about my treatments or care, my calls are always returned promptly. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone has always been helpful in the office with medical forms or questions. I live one town over, but I’m happy to drive here.
The nurses are amazing!! Been coming here for years and they have always treated me extremely professionally and with care. Love all of them!!!!
The infusion team is also terrific if you have treatments with them. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. The team there is professional and highly trained!
The clinic's layout is genius—separate 'well' and 'sick' waiting areas to reduce contagion risks. Loved the charging stations at every seat and free premium coffee. Small touch, but the EEG lab has heated gel warmers so you don’t get that cold shock. Only suggestion: add more bike racks for cyclists!

Dr. Khosravi as a MS specialist is hands down the best doctor I ever met. She is very kind and passionate and takes her time with diagnosis.

As someone with mobility challenges, I was blown by CTNC's accessibility. Wide doorways, wheelchair-friendly scales, and elevators with Braille + auditory cues. The infusion suite has recliners with lake views—made my 3-hour treatment feel almost relaxing. Staff even offered noise-canceling headphones for sensory-sensitive patients

The check-in kiosks saved me 10+ minutes compared to my last neurologist. Most impressive: they have a dedicated quiet room for migraine patients with adjustable lighting.

Doctor Couch is a wonderful doctor, great at really listening to your issues. I was suffering extreme tension headaches and he has and does amazing work to relieve my pain so that I don’t now have to rely on my medication, which in fact did not really help. Highly recommend Central Texas Neurology.
I’ve had bad migraines as long as I can remember. I’ve tried and tried and tried to find something that would prevent the suckers. Dr. Couch listened to all the things I’ve tried, and suggested something similar to what I tried before - explained why he was thinking of that fix. It worked! He’s very thorough., but he won’t hold your hand to get the information out of you... the infusion staff I have to say are some of my favorite med people...so ask you PCP for a referral...you’ll be glad you did...
This place is the best. Dr. Couch listens patiently, is empathetic, and is the first doctor to help me find a treatment that works. He also understood my hesitation to keep trying new medications after so many have let me down. He gently suggested my treatment a year ago and talked through my concerns until I felt confident. Thanks to CTNC, my quality of life has improved drastically. I recommend you stop searching and visit this clinic right away.
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Couch and his team. I’ve been a patient here for 4 years now. I know that the Botox insurance team spent hours on the phone with insurance just for me personally, so I can’t imagine the time they spend for other patients! They do all they can to make my life easier, and do it with kindness. Highly recommend for migraine sufferers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Peery for almost 6 years now and I have never had one issue with him or the practice itself. The service I receive for my seizure disorder as well as migraines has been the best I have ever received...They have never been rude to myself or to my own family... They have helped me in so many ways I honestly cannot list them all. Dr. Peery was/is the only doctor who was ever been able to actually tell me what type of seizures I have, what the medicines are for them specifically and who has been able to help me out when my insurance has been a real pain in the butt... My suggestion... Give them a chance!
Dr. Peery is on heck of a nice guy. I suffered a stroke in October and he has gone above and beyond the expected duties. He had been very helpful in my recovery. I give him many many thanks for his help and kindness.

I felt valued and listened to... which meant a lot to me when dealing with a chronic condition. My only regret is I didn’t seek help, ask for referral or get myself to him sooner!
I saw Dr. Terry Perry for sleep apnea evaluation. During the initial appointment, Dr. Peery was extremely thorough in his review of my symptoms.
