Vyvgart® (efgartigimod) is an FDA-approved IV infusion therapy for adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) who are positive for anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies. In gMG, the immune system produces harmful IgG autoantibodies that interfere with nerve-to-muscle communication, leading to muscle weakness, fatigue, and difficulty performing everyday tasks such as walking, lifting, speaking, or swallowing.
Vyvgart® works by blocking the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn), which is responsible for maintaining IgG levels in the blood. By reducing these damaging autoantibodies, Vyvgart® helps restore normal nerve-muscle communication, improving muscle strength, reducing fatigue, and enhancing daily functioning.

I have been a Multiple Sclerosis patient here for a little over a decade, and they have always taken care of me! Everyone is always so friendly. Whenever I need information about my treatments or care, my calls are always returned promptly. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone has always been helpful in the office with medical forms or questions. I live one town over, but I’m happy to drive here.
Dr. Peckham and her team are incredible. I’ve never needed any type of therapy before, but this team is amazing. I was given a form from my job that had to be turned in by ‘end-of-business day tomorrow or you won’t have benefits.’ Dr. Peckham worked on this paper between seeing her patients, so I could have it turned on time. Dr. Couch listened to all the things I’ve tried, and suggested something similar to what I tried before - explained why he was thinking of that fix. It worked! He’s very thorough., but he won’t hold your hand to get the information out of you... the infusion staff I have to say are some of my favorite med people...so ask you PCP for a referral...you’ll be glad you did...

The service I receive for my seizure disorder as well as migraines has been the best I have ever received...They have never been rude to myself or to my own family... They have helped me in so many ways I honestly cannot list them all. Dr. Peery was/is the only doctor who was ever been able to actually tell me what type of seizures I have, what the medicines are for them specifically and who has been able to help me out when my insurance has been a real pain in the butt... My suggestion... Give them a chance!
Just had testing done for Carpal tunnel by Dr. Horvit. He was absolutely great! My aunt warned me that the test would be painful because of the needles but any pain I did feel was easily remedied by a most enjoyable visit with Dr. Horvit. I was talking to him while he did the test and he actually heard what I was saying because he listened and cared! He took interest in my and the test flew by... Thank you Dr. Horvit!

I saw Dr. Terry Perry for sleep apnea evaluation. During the initial appointment, Dr. Peery was extremely thorough in his review of my symptoms. He sent me to have a sleep study (which was a pleasant experience). In my post-sleep study follow-up, Dr. Peery explained I had very severe sleep apnea. He was thorough in his explanation and reviewed my study results in a way that was understandable. I got a CPAP machine - works great and I haven’t felt better in years! I found Dr. Peery compassionate, very thorough and very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Peery.

Whenever I need information about my treatments or care, my calls are always returned promptly. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone has always been helpful in the office with medical forms or questions. I live one town over, but I’m happy to drive here.
The nurses are amazing!! Been coming here for years and they have always treated me extremely professionally and with care. Love all of them!!!!
The infusion team is also terrific if you have treatments with them. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. The team there is professional and highly trained!

Dr. Khosravi is an excellent addition to the staff at CNTC. She takes the time to explain things and welcomes questions. I feel as though she considers my long term heath as well as the issues I am currently experiencing. Her assistant Rochelle is stellar as well!
Breanna is amazing. She got me in almost immediately to see her once my test results came in from a referral, to explain them to me and start treatment. She spent a good hour listening to my concerns and addressing them, compassionately helping me answering the many questions I had about my complex health issues...I highly recommend Breanna to anyone who needs a movement disorder specialist. She and Dr. Peckham make an excellent team.
This was just my yearly check-up. PA Saini has a pleasant manner & asked all the right questions while providing me with an extension for my medications. A good visit!
Dr. Adam Horvit at Central Texas Neurology Consultants has been fantastic over the past year. He’s very thorough, takes a thoughtful and conservative approach, and always makes sure I understand everything. He’s great about answering all my questions at appointments, by phone, and is available through the patient portal. Highly recommend!
Doctor Couch is a wonderful doctor, great at really listening to your issues. I was suffering extreme tension headaches and he has and does amazing work to relieve my pain so that I don’t now have to rely on my medication, which in fact did not really help. Highly recommend Central Texas Neurology.
I’ve had bad migraines as long as I can remember. I’ve tried and tried and tried to find something that would prevent the suckers. Dr. Couch listened to all the things I’ve tried, and suggested something similar to what I tried before - explained why he was thinking of that fix. It worked! He’s very thorough., but he won’t hold your hand to get the information out of you... the infusion staff I have to say are some of my favorite med people...so ask you PCP for a referral...you’ll be glad you did...
Dr. Couch is knowledgeable, kind, and clear in his communication. The office staff is effective and courteous. I feel confident I’m in good hands and am progressing toward a solution for my chronic migraines.
Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Couch and his team. I’ve been a patient here for 4 years now. I know that the Botox insurance team spent hours on the phone with insurance just for me personally, so I can’t imagine the time they spend for other patients! They do all they can to make my life easier, and do it with kindness. Highly recommend for migraine sufferers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Peery for almost 6 years now and I have never had one issue with him or the practice itself. The service I receive for my seizure disorder as well as migraines has been the best I have ever received...They have never been rude to myself or to my own family... They have helped me in so many ways I honestly cannot list them all. Dr. Peery was/is the only doctor who was ever been able to actually tell me what type of seizures I have, what the medicines are for them specifically and who has been able to help me out when my insurance has been a real pain in the butt... My suggestion... Give them a chance!
Dr. Peery is one heck of a nice guy. I suffered a stroke in October and he has gone above and beyond the expected duties. He had been very helpful in my recovery. I give him many many thanks for his help and kindness.

I was referred here by my primary physician and am thrilled with Dr. Peery. His staff is gracious and called promptly with lab results and appointment inquiries. Dr. Peery was compassionate and thorough when addressing my concerns and problems. He not only provided interim treatment but quickly established a plan to determine diagnosis for long term solutions. I felt valued and listened to... which meant a lot to me when dealing with a chronic condition. My only regret is I didn’t seek help, ask for referral or get myself to him sooner!
I saw Dr. Terry Perry for sleep apnea evaluation. During the initial appointment, Dr. Peery was extremely thorough in his review of my symptoms. He sent me to have a sleep study (which was a pleasant experience). In my post-sleep study follow-up, Dr. Peery explained I had very severe sleep apnea. He was thorough in his explanation and reviewed my study results in a way that was understandable. I got a CPAP machine - works great and I haven’t felt better in years! I found Dr. Peery compassionate, very thorough and very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Peery.
I am reviewing based on my experience with Dr. Elizabeth Peckham. She is a great movement disorder specialist. Very caring and understanding. She always listens to all my questions and answer them thoughtfully. Her assistants have always been helpful when I have called between appointments. I feel very confident in my husband’s care for his Parkinson’s disease and associated problems.
Dr. Peckham and her team are incredible. I’ve never needed any type of therapy before, but this team is amazing. I was given a form from my job that had to be turned in by ‘end-of-business day tomorrow or you won’t have benefits.’ Dr. Peckham worked on this paper between seeing her patients, so I could have it turned on time. I’ve never seen or heard of a doctor who would go out of her way to make sure I didn’t lose my benefits. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dr. Elizabeth Peckham has been caring for my multiple illnesses for about 9 years. She and her MA, Cyndel, are compassionate, efficient and never stop until they found out what is wrong with me. Dr. Peckham and the doctors/facilities she has sent me to have found many answers/diagnoses to my painful and debilitating symptoms that are rapidly progressing. I don’t know how I would have made it through all that has happened to me without her.

Just had testing done for Carpal tunnel by Dr. Horvit. He was absolutely great!
